1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bf009 ("bf009," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the bf009 online gaming platform accessible at bf009.net (the "Platform"). By completing registration, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines incorporated by reference herein, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific product or promotion, the specific product or promotion terms shall prevail for that specific product or promotion only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the bf009 Platform. This requirement is in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. bf009 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your age at any time. If you are found to be under the age of 21, bf009 will close your account, void all transactions, and return net deposits at its sole discretion.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The bf009 Platform is intended primarily for eligible residents of the Philippines. You are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bf009 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is unlawful. Access from restricted jurisdictions constitutes a breach of these Terms.

2.3 Capacity to Contract

By registering, you represent that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prevent you from participating in online gambling activities.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each natural person may hold only one registered account on the bf009 Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. bf009 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit all balances and bonuses associated with those accounts without prior notice.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and any other information reasonably requested by bf009. You are obligated to keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bf009 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified bf009 in writing of a security breach. bf009 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bf009 may require you to complete identity verification ("KYC") before processing withdrawals or at any point during your account lifecycle. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

bf009 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and QR Ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. bf009 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may impose their own charges.

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a third-party payment source is prohibited. bf009 will return such deposits and may suspend your account pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed during support hours (8AM – 12MN PHT, daily). GCash and Maya withdrawals are ordinarily processed same-day for verified accounts during support hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet) may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. bf009 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to deposit. bf009 reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal request or suspend processing pending KYC completion, responsible gaming checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the bf009 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits made via payment channels that require currency conversion will be subject to the prevailing exchange rate applied by the relevant provider at the time of the transaction.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Promotion Terms

bf009 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and leaderboard tournament prizes. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible game contributions, and any maximum bet limits applicable while a bonus is active will be clearly stated on each promotion's terms page. Placing bets that exceed any stated maximum bet limit while a bonus is active will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bf009 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotions unfairly. Such conduct constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5.4 Modification and Cancellation

bf009 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify the details of each bet — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. bf009 is not liable for bets placed in error. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market.

6.2 Void Bets

bf009 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a system error, odds error, or manifest error, or where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account balance.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

Each casino game offered on the bf009 Platform operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail for that specific game. All casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by the relevant third-party game providers.

6.4 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on the bf009 sportsbook are governed by the specific rules of each sport and market type, accessible within the sportsbook interface. bf009 reserves the right to settle bets in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, bf009's decision is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bf009 Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity. bf009 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

• Duplicate Accounts: Operating more than one account to circumvent account restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
• Chargebacks: Filing unauthorised chargebacks with your payment provider. Any confirmed chargeback may result in immediate account closure and recovery action for outstanding amounts.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bf009 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface designs — is the exclusive property of bf009 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of bf009. The bf009 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of bf009. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bf009, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

bf009 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bf009 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

In jurisdictions where limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of certain damages are not permitted, bf009's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall limit bf009's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Responsible Gaming

bf009 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of problem gambling among its players. We provide the following tools, accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.

bf009 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if your continued use of the Platform poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to bf009. In cases of confirmed fraud or AML violations, bf009 may withhold account balances pending investigation and cooperation with relevant authorities.

11.2 By You

You may close your account at any time by contacting bf009 support at [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to any outstanding verification requirements.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 7, 8, 9, and 12 — shall continue to apply.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bf009 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. bf009 and you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation before commencing formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent bf009 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach or threatened breach of these Terms.
